What is your Return Policy?

You can return an item(s) under these conditions -
- The item is returned unworn, undamaged in the original packaging with all original tags. We will not accept any items returned damaged in any way. - Items are returned within 14 days (Counting from the day you recived the item). - you will be issued store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. - Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.


What are your shipping options?

We have several shipping options - DOMESTIC - ISRAEL Express Shipping: 3 - 5 business days Israel Post: 10 - 14 business days - You can choose the "pick up" option in order to pickup your order from our studio. WORLDWIDE - DHL: 3-5 business days *Please allow up to 48 hours for processing your order and to receive tracking number.

When will the order be shipped?

We try very hard to have all orders shipped out within 24-48 hours since placed. Any orders placed on the weekend or a public holiday will be dispatched on the following business day.


Can I cancel / change my order?

You can cancel or change your order only if it hasn't been shipped yet. In order to check the option, you need to email theminimalline@gmail.com as soon as possible and to mention your order number. - If your order has already been processed, we unfortunately cannot cancel or change your order. However, we will be happy to have them replaced / returned back to us and give you store credit!
